To purchase an item, you can either search or browse for what you need. Once you find the item, click on it to go to the product detail page. If the item is available, you will see an "Add to cart" button. Click on the "Add to Cart" button, and then select the "View cart" button. Here, you can see the estimated total cost, including shipping. Simply click on the "Continue Checkout" button and follow the on-screen steps to complete your purchase.
