When you see a product labeled "Special Order" on our website, it indicates that the item is not immediately available in our inventory. By placing an order for such a product, you initiate a backorder request, allowing us to order the item on your behalf.
Here's what happens next:
- We'll order the product from our supplier immediately after you place your order.
- Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we'll expedite shipping to you.
- Special Order items typically ship within approximately five days.
- Throughout this process, we'll send you email updates to keep you informed about your order's status.
To secure your spot at the front of the backorder queue and ensure you get the product as soon as it's available, we suggest placing your order at your earliest convenience.
