[FAQ] What is "Refurbished?"

All of the refurbished remotes we offer have not required any repairs. Our refurbishing process includes testing, cleaning, and repackaging the remotes. Refurbished remotes may include open-boxed or loose remotes that we have obtained without their original packaging, product returns, or new remotes that have scratches or scuffs on them that make them appear not new. Please note that all of our refurbished remotes come with the same warranty period as our new remotes and are guaranteed to work in the same manner. It is possible that refurbished remotes may have some signs of use, scratches, or scuffs.
