Unfortunately, if your item has already been shipped, we have no control over the delivery process.
Please contact the shipping company for more information about the delivery status. You must track your package using the link and tracking number we sent you via email when the item was shipped. If you have any shipping-related questions, contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.
If you are still waiting to receive a tracking number from us, please fill out the Contact Us form or call us at 1-877-671-7173. We'll happily provide you with the tracking number over the phone.
Just so you know, if you're calling USPS, we recommend that you call your local post office for better service.
