Pairing Without the Receiver
If you're unable or prefer not to set the receiver unit directly, or if accessing the receiver is not feasible, you can still sync your fan to the remote by trying different dip switch codes. Here's how you can find the right code:
- Start with the First Code Setting: Adjust your remote's dip switches to the initial code configuration. See Code Chart Below.
- Test the Functionality: Press any button on your remote to test if the fan responds appropriately. If your fan operates as expected, congratulations, you've successfully paired your remote! If not, don't worry—just proceed to the next step.
- Try the Next Code Pattern: If the first code doesn't work, simply move on to the next dip switch configuration. Repeat the process of testing each code by pressing a button on the remote until you find the correct setting that activates your fan as it should.
This trial-and-error method will eventually lead you to the correct code configuration, ensuring your remote and fan are perfectly in sync. Patience is key here—once you've hit the right code, your remote will be all set to control your fan just the way you want it.
