Note: Only works with Sealy Ease 2.0, Sealy Ease 3.0, and Sealy Ease 4.0
models.

1. Open the battery cover by sliding off the back panel downward towards the bottom of the remote. 
2. Install three (3) AAA-sized batteries into the remote, matching polarity. 

1. Locate the Battery backup box under the bed and press
   the button TWICE. (Light will Illuminate) 
2. Remove the cover from the back of the remote to expose the PAIR button. Press and hold the pair button for 3 seconds. (The button will flash TWICE) and the control box light will turn off with a successful pair. 
3. Release the PAIR button and test all remote functions to ensure everything works correctly.

1. Unplug the base power cord from the outlet, wait for 20 seconds,
   and then plug it back in. (The receiver box light under the bed will start to flash) 
2. Remove the cover from the back of the remote to expose the PAIR button. Press and hold the pair button inside the battery compartment for 3 seconds. (The button will flash TWICE) and the control box light will turn solid with a successful pair. Note: You must do step 2 within ten seconds, or the receiver box will stop flashing. 
3. Release the PAIR button and test all remote functions to ensure everything works correctly.

Adjustments:

Head Position Adjustments (A, B) 

• Use to raise and lower the head
  section of your adjustable base. 

Foot Position Adjustments (C, D) 

• Use to raise and lower the foot section of your adjustable base. 

• Press down and hold for three (3) seconds to return the bed to a flat position. 

Zero Gravity (F) 

• Use to adjust your legs to relieve pressure off the lower back. 

NOTE: For optimal performance, please return the bed to the flat position before selecting the Zero Gravity preset position.

Activate Child Lock:

1. Press and hold the HEAD UP and
   ZERO-G buttons together for 3 seconds. 
2. The remote LED backlight will flash. When it stops flashing, the remote is now in Child Lock—pressing any buttons while in Child Lock will yield no movement to your adjustable base.

Deactivate Child Lock:

1. Press and hold the HEAD DOWN and ZERO-G buttons together for 3 seconds. 
2. Press and hold the HEAD UP & ZERO-G buttons together for 3 seconds. 
3. The remote LED backlight will flash. When it stops flashing, the remote is no longer in Child Lock. The remote and adjustable base will work normally
